I know this is the Fort Mill site and this neighborhood is in Tega Cay but I found out about it not too long ago and wanted to do a write up on the Greyrock section of Lake Ridge with True Homes. True Homes has been one of the leaders in our area when it comes to active adult neighborhoods. I'm not talking about the 55+ only communities. True's active adult neighborhoods are open to anyone but are designed for the older set. I've spoken to many adults who have been frustrated with the limited choices for someone with a bit of grey hair. They wanted a place to live that isn't too big to handle, get yard maintenance included and have some like-minded (hopefully) niehgbors.

Now for the pitch: folks, most builders don’t have a line item on their contracts that will subtract a certain amount if you represent yourself. Some might want to but none of them want to alienate agents who bring them business. If you are hesitant to believe an agent I suggest you check up on me and ask them. If I’m correct, why would you not want an experienced agent watching your back?
