Hamilton Place Homes in Fort Mill, SC

Hamilton Place is my kind of neighborhood and it is located in Fort Mill SC. Nice big homes on nice big lots with mature landscaping. That means trees folks. I know buying new is fun but my advice is if you are, don't ride through a neighborhood like this. It makes new neighborhoods look barren. And there are a lot of really nice new communities available today. Hamilton Place is the place you have to go back years to find a sale or wait a while if you want in. The craziest part that I like is that the entrance to the neighborhood is on the NC side of the state line. You have to actually cross over, enter, then you drive back into SC. Who else can say that?
