Now calling it a new home community is technically correct with True Homes building their Traditions collection in there but they are far from the first builders in Fox Ridge. Let's just say there are older ones and I won't list them out. So if you want new you are looking at 4 and 5 bedroom plans that run between 2760 and 3500 square feet. On resale you will have a wider range of options and pricing just because of the diversity in builders. There are no amenities to speak of but you can't beat the location. Fox Ridge is close to downtown Charlotte and many local attractions.

Now for the pitch: folks, most builders don’t have a line item on their contracts that will subtract a certain amount if you represent yourself. Some might want to but none of them want to alienate agents who bring them business. If you are hesitant to believe an agent I suggest you check up on me and ask them.
